1, RoHS

RoHS This directive was born in January 2003, the European Parliament and the European Council issued the directive on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electronic and electrical equipment (Directive 2002/95/EC), which is the first time that RoHS met the world. In 2005, the European Union made a supplement to 2002/95/EC in the form of resolution 2005/618/EC, specifying the limit values of six hazardous substances.

An ROHS report is an environmental report. The European Union has officially implemented RoHS on July 1, 2006.

2, REACH

Unlike the RoHS Directive, REACH covers a much wider scope. Now increased to 168 tests, is the European Union established, and implemented on June 1, 2007 chemical regulatory system.

3, FDA

FDA: is one of the enforcement agencies established by the U.S. government within the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and department of Public Health (PHS). As a scientific regulatory agency, the FDA is charged with ensuring the safety of food, cosmetics, drugs, biologics, medical devices and radiological products produced or imported into the United States. It was one of the first federal agencies to have consumer protection as its primary function. It touches the lives of every American citizen. Internationally, FDA is recognized as one of the world's food and drug regulatory agencies. Many other countries seek and receive FDA help to promote and monitor the safety of their own products. Supervisor of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) : Supervision and inspection of food, drugs (including veterinary drugs), medical devices, food additives, cosmetics, animal food and drugs, wine and beverages with an alcohol content of less than 7%, and electronic products; Testing, inspection and certification of the effects of ionic and non-ionic radiation on human health and safety arising from the use or consumption of products. According to the regulations, these products must be tested by the FDA to be safe before they can be sold on the market. The FDA has the power to inspect manufacturers and prosecute violators.

4.LFGB

LFGB is the most important basic legal document on food hygiene management in Germany, and is the guideline and core of other special food hygiene laws and regulations. But there have been changes in recent years, mainly to match European standards. The regulations make general and basic provisions on all aspects of German food, all food on the German market and all daily necessities related to food must comply with the basic provisions of the regulations. Daily articles in contact with food can be tested and certified as "products free of chemical and toxic substances" by LFGB test report issued by authorized institutions, and can be sold in the German market.
