We supply custom molded, extruded, die cut and lathe cut rubber parts, as well as plastic injection.

What is the lead-time when I place an order that requires a tool?
The average lead-time for prototype tools is 2-4 weeks. For production compression tooling, the lead-time is 4-6 weeks. The average production rubber injection molding tooling is 4-6 weeks.
JWT understands that there may be instances that will require improved tooling lead-time and we work with our tooling shop to meet customer requirements.
Is my tooling manufactured in China?
JWT purchases 100% of it’s tooling in China which allows for faster lead-times and faster responses to customer design changes.

From receipt of order, depending on order quantity, most parts can be shipped per your order requirements in 3-4 weeks.
Once I pay for the rubber molding tooling, who owns the tooling?
Tooling is custom to our customer’s design and therefore the property belong to our customers once payment is received.

Yes. Sizes of custom rubber-to-metal bonded parts we currently supply range from small - less than 1 inch in diameter - to very large - more than 1 foot overall length.

The lead time for tooling and samples is typically 4 to 6 weeks for an extruded sample and 6 to 8 weeks for a mold and samples.
What is the largest part weight and size you can do by silicone injection?
We have 500T machine if our factory. The largest part weight of silicone products we can manufacture is 1.6kg, largest size is 60mm.

I do not want to purchase tooling, how can I get parts?
Most parts are going to require new tooling. We might have some rubber parts that are more common and tooling is already available. You would have to speak to our staff to help you through this process.

The tolerances of our extruded rubber parts will depend on the specific application. We can quote the appropriate tolerances once the application is determined.
