Silicone Mixing Workshop
Normally, this is our first step.
This Milling machine is used for mixing various types of Silicone materials depends on different product performance, for example, Colors & Hardness. Any color is possible as you wish, Hardness from 20 ~ 80 Shore A depends on your requirements.
Rubber Vulcanization Molding
Molding workshop have 18 sets vulcanization molding machine (200-300T).
This is the very critical step to turn the Silicone Material into the idea products shape. Can produce complex & various shape parts depends on client's drawing, not only to mold Silicone or Rubber material, You can also combine Plastic or Metal with Silicone, any design is possible.
LSR (Liquid SIlicone Rubber) Molding Machine
Liquid silicone molding machine can produce high precision silicone products. Product can be controlled within 0.05mm. Silicone material from barrel to the mold is without human intervention to ensure the whole production process is pollution- free.
The machine can produce products used in the medical, electronics and bathroom product industry.
Plastic Injection Workshop
Injection molding is used to produce the plastic products.
We have 10 sets Injection molding machine with Automatic feeding system & mechanical arm, can supply materials & take out finished product automatic. Machine model from 90T to 330T.
Auto-Spraying Workshop
Spray painting workshop Clean room.
After sprayed, the products would be into 18m IR line directly for baking, after that the product is finished product.
Laser Etching Workshop
Screen printing is a printing technique where a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. A blade or squeegee is moved across the screen to fill the open mesh apertures with ink, and a reverse stroke then causes the screen to touch the substrate momentarily along a line of contact.

It’s important to note that silicone rubber keypads are often laser etched to enhance the effects of backlighting. With laser etching, a high-powered laser is used to selectively melt and remove paint from specific areas of the top layer. Once the paint is removed, the backlighting will illuminate the keypad in that area.
Testing Lab
Test is the key factor to make sure our products are in specification & meet clients requirements, we'll test raw material, first mold product, mid-process & final process products during IQC, IPQC, OQC.
